Habesha Cement S.C here by invites qualified and eligible Consultants for the salary scale & job grade specification studies. As a cement factory with a sizable workforce at both the production plant and the corporate office. HCSC faces challenges in terms of setting competitive pay packages and adequate job grades, as well as establishing consistent coreer development paths that are in line with the employee's experience and the national educational curriculum. Understanding the effects of these challenges on its employees and on the overall profitability of the investment. HCS wants to build an equitable compensation and job grading system through a well-researched assessment process and determination of the worth of each jobs in the company.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The main objective for the selection of the firm is to Develop (by reviewing the existing one) organizational structure that fits with the business requirements of the Company and a comprehensive salary scale and job grade.

Hence, interested and experienced consultants in such areas are hereby invited to apply for provision of the services for HSC. Details of the required service are given in the Terms of Reference(TOR). The bidding document may be obtained from the Head Office at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m. on Saturday beginning on Monday 2 October, 2023. Interested eligible bidders must have licenses valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY), a trade license valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY), a valid VAT Registration Certificate. TIN Certificate, and a valid Tax Clearance certificate.

Bidding electronically won't be accepted. Bids must be delivered on or before October 10, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. to the address shown below. Bids will be officially opened on the same day in the presence of designated representatives of bidders who chooses to attend. The National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding. which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials. The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
