Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested Bidders for the Procurement of Information Technology Infrastructure Equipment & Software and Sound System & LED Screen.

Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document

I. Renewed Trade Ucerse

II. TIN Certificate

III. VAT Registration Certificate

IV. Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF)

V. Tax certificate

VI. Supplier Registration Certificate

VIl. Distributor Authorization Form (DAF) is unacceptable

2. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from November 12. 2024 upon payment of non-refundable Bin 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II Ground floor and collect the bid documents in soff copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III. I floor through your Email Address. The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through the Email address within one (01) day after purchased the bid document from the bank. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.

3. Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 100.000.00 (Bin One hundred Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank for each items.

4. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 27, 2024 before or at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia. Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower.lll, 1" floor. Procurement Directorate.

5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address. on November 27, 2024 on 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7. Bidders should present their Original and Copy of Financial. Technical documents and Bid Bond separately in sealed envelope.
