Bid Invitation for G+B Buliding Construction Works

1. Hibret insurance S.C invites interested Grade BC2 . GC-3 and above bidden for B-G building (Part of B+G+5 tuliding design) construction works.

2. A complete bidding document can be obtained from Hibret Insurance S.C. Head office building 1 floor cashier office, upon deposit of non- refundable fee of Bir 500.00 (Five hundred bir) during office hours starting from January 6.2025

3. All bids must be accompanied by bid security Bim100,000.00 (One hundred thousand bir) in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee or Insurance bid bond.

4. Bidders shall submit copy of their renewed Trade License, Renewed Main Registration Trade License, Tax Identification Number, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate, Professional Renewed License and other necessary documents.

5. Bidders shall be required to submit bid documents separately in two envelopes, each containing the original and a copy of the Technical and Financial proposal, on or before January 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Company's Head Office Building, 9" floor. HC & Administration Office. Late bids will be rejected.

6. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person at Hibret Insurance SC head office building 11 floor meeting room at 3:00 PM, on January 20, 2025.

7. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (1) to (5) above shall result in automatic rejection.

8. Hibret Insurance SC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
