In addition, Vital has acquired the highest level of quality assurance (level ONE) from the Ethiopian Federal Police Commission to provide holistic security services. Our core responsibility is our customer’s safety and security.

So far, we have over 500 employees in different positions and more than 200 sites in various locations including Addis Ababa, Afar, Tigray, Central Ethiopia Region, Gambella, SNNP, Oromia, Dire Dawa, and Jimma town.

Our manpower ability and experience in the sector along with our well-equipped modern security solutions including 24/7 control room service and QR Patrol; in addition, our strong cooperation platform with the government both on federal and regional levels is a key strength of our company.
