Develop training materials tailored for community radio journalists Deliver in-person training sessions on election legal frameworks, ethics, conflict-sensitive and safety-sensitive reporting, and content production Provide mentorship during the content production phase Review production plans and give pre- and post-broadcast feedback Support participants to produce accurate, inclusive, and non-partisan election content Prepare and submit a mentorship and feedback report on participant-produced content
