1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites Grade 3 and above Consulting Architect bidders for the procurement of Consultancy Service for DBE's Head Office Concrete slab Leakage and Underground Concrete Water Reservoir Maintenance

2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

i. Renewed Trade License

ii. TIN Certificate

iii. Tax clearance certificate

iv. VAT Registration Certificate

v. Registration Certificate from responsible public body.

3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set af bidding documents beginning from January 13. 2025 G.C upon payment of a non-refundable Bin 500.00 (Bir Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office: Tower II. Ground ficor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1 floor.

4 Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.

5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before January 28. 2025 G.C at 10:00 A.M. af Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1" floor.

6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on January 28, 2025 G.C at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Biddersshould present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.

9. The language of the tender is English.

10.DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
