Procurement of contracts for the Provisions of insurance Services to Habesha Cent S.C

Habesha Cement S.C would like to secure a competitive Insurance services to its company for the year 2025 Hence, interested, technically competent and eligible Insurance companies are invited to submit their bids for the provisions of a comprehensive insurance services.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids with the following mandatory eligibility documents renewed and valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year.

• Business registration from the relevant government regulatory body
• Renewed business licence
• Tin Certificate
• Vat Certificate
• Tax clearance certificate.

Details of the required service are given in the Terms of Reference(TOR). Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security in the form of CPO/Bank guarantee amounting ETB 100,000.00(ETB One Hundred Thousand). The bidding document may be obtained from the Head Office at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 am. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday beginning on Monday 18th November 2024. Bids must be delivered on or before 25th November 2024, at 4:00 P.M. to the address shown below.

The National Competilive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding, which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials.

The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
