Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an indigenous none governmental and none profit organization established in 1997 and re registered in accordance with the Civil Societies Organization (CSO) proclamation No. 1113/2019 with a certificate number 0022. Currently, MCMDO has been implementing the project entitled "Integrated Multi-sectoral assistance to support drought affected communities in Laelay Tselemt woreda of North west zone-Priority 1-27643 "with support of EHF. One of the major activities of the project are rehabilitation arid maintenance of water points located in different kebeles and Gotes Thus, MCMDO invites potential candidates to bid for rehabilitation or maintenance work of ten water points (shallow well) in Laelay Tselemt woreda.

3. Meyame kebele dengersha and

4 maygonaq got Shallow well water schermes,

5. Michara kebele mayedaga got shallow well water scheme,

6. Babako kebele maywalka

7. endawonber got shallow well water scheme

8. Miagmerie kebele maybeles got shallow well water scheme, and

9. Sekota Mariam kebele limtiha and

10. boroko got shallow well water scheme

Interested potential candidates are invited to collect the specific Bid documents from MCMDO head office. or Laelay Tselemt woreda, Dimma Field office.

1. The contractor should be locally registered with renewed Certificate of Competency as contractor Firm in Water point construction and rehabilitation Works by mandated government body with renewed Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bid must be delivered to MCMDO Head office, Arat Kill infront of Ras Amba Hotel

2. Bidders shall be sure to state a complete set of price listing per described specification and unit should be mentioned for each type and be submitted in sealed envelope Bidders shall be agree and ready to start rehabilitation of water scheme within 15-20 Days

4. The Bid will be closed after 10 consecutive working days after the day of the advertisement on the newspaper and will be opened on the Date January 6,2025 at 11:00 am in front of bidder or their legal representatives.

5. The company reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process
