Ghion Hotels Enterprise, which is popular known as Garden palace of east Africa is located in the heart of down town Addis Aboba invites interested and eligible Consultancy Services bidders for as built drawing preparation, renovation design modification, Interior design, landscape design & Contract administration and supervalon work on existing buildings & compound at Addis Ababa Thus, Interested and eligible national competitors should fulfill The following listed pre criteria:

1. Bidders having a valid Consulting Architects & Engineers or Building Consultant license of category one from federal Ministry of Construction and urban Development

2. Renewed Trade License and business. Registration certificate for the current fiscal year 2016 EC

3. Tas identification number & value Added tax registration Certificate.

4 Valid tax clearance certificate

5. Public procurement & property Administration Agency's (PPA) Supplier list registration certificate

6. Bid shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid Security ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of cash payment order (CPO) or bank Guarantee by the name of Ghion Hotels Enterprise"

7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from Ghion Hotel Enterprise procurement office address listed below upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Tow Hundred birr) from date of this announcement for about 21 (Twenty One Calendar daysi as on notice on the newspaper.

8. Bidders shall submit each of their bids into their bids into two separate outer envelopes, the first envelope containing the original and copy of technical proposal envelopes, the second envelope containing the original and copy of the financial proposal envelopes. The bid security shall be contained in the original technical proposal envelope and finally enclose the three documents in one big envelope.

9. The bid will closed at 21 (Twenty One Calendar days) from the date of the publication on the newspaper at 2.00PM and will opened at 2.30PM in the presence of the bidders representative at the address below

10. Ghion Hotel Enterprise has reserved the right to fully or partially accept or reject this bid.
