INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE BIDDING

Bid Number: HIBR/BID-25-26-002

1. Hibret Insurance S.C. invites eligible bidders for the supply of 5,000 Imported Executive Diaries, 15,000 Normal Diaries and 20,000 Table calendars for the year 2018 E.C.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering policy and procedures of the Company and other relevant laws of the country and it is open to all eligible bidders.

3. A complete bidding document shall be obtained from Human Capital and Property Management Department of the Company located at Churchill Road, Tewodros Square, Hibret Insurance Building. 9th Floor, starting from Monday 27 January 2025 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.

4. Bidders must present copy of renewed Trade License. VAT registration certificate TIN certificate and bidders must have a minimum of Three Years Experience in the supply of these items.

5. Bid must be accompanied by Bid Bond of Birr 200,000(Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO in a separately sealed envelope. The bid shall remain valid for 45 calendar days from opening date. The bid security shall be payable on demand to Hibret Insurance S.C.

6. Bid documents must be accompanied with samples on or before the opening date of the bid.

7. The technical and financial proposals should be submitted separately with one original and one copy.

8. The Bid will be closed on 17 February 2025 at 10:00 AM and opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Company's Headquarters.

9. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the Bid either partially or fully.
