1. Office of the Federal Auditor General (OFAG), Ethiopia with the support of the European Union (EU) Invites all interested and prospective bidders for the procurement of the following:
LOT 1-UPGRADING AUDIT RECOMMENDATION TRACKING SYSTEM (ARTS)
2. Interested eligible bidders are required to submit 100% quotation of technical and financial sealed documents separately for the lot for the tumkey system upgrade, supply, installation, configuration, testing, piloting, rollout, training, and support of the system.
3. Qualification requirements include renewed trade license for current year, tax's clearance. vat registration certificate: supplier's online registrations and other legal related documents
4. Bidders can take a softcopy of a complete set of bidding documents by requesting using the following e-mail address info@ofag.gov. el or can get a softcopy free of charge from Office of the Federal Auditor General (OFAG) Office, 2nd Floor, and Room No. 202 starting from December 16, 2024 on working Days and Hours.
5. Bidders must submit their offer on or before January 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM to the Office of the Federal Auditor General (OFAG) Office 2nd Floor, Room No. 202 in to bid box prepared for this purpose. Late arrival offers shall be rejected.

8. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of for LOT 175,000.00 Birr / CPO or Bank Guarantee from local Commercial Banks.
9. The Office of the Federal Auditor General reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
