INVITATION FOR BID

To print the 5th edition of the Ethiopian Business Directory,

The Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association (ECCSA) is planning to publish the 5th edition of the Ethiopian Business Directory. To this effect, the chamber would like to hire a firm that qualifies to perform Graphic Design. Develop Mobile (Android & iOS) App, and printing of this new edition.

Interested bidders are invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposal including its experience in graphic designing, developing mobile application and printing of directory.

The bid document is available at the Head Quarter of the Chamber building, Mexico square, 1st floor office number 14 up on paying Birr 1000.00 /one thousand Birr only/.

Bidder should submit 2% of their offer as a bid bond in CPO in the name of ECCSA.

Submission dead line is 10/Ten/working days from the date of advertisement and the bid opening shall be held at the Head Quarter of the Chamber building, Mexico square, 7th floor meeting hall of ECCSA in the presence of bidders. and/or their legal representatives on February 24, 2025 at 10:00AM.

ECCSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid.
