ባለ ካባ ዲዛይን የተመሰረተዉ መጋቢት 23/2014 በ ኢትዮጰያ አቆጣጠር ሲሆን ስያሜዉን ያገኘዉ ካባ ከሚለዉ የ አማረኛ ቃል ነዉ፤ ካባ የሚለዉ ቀጥታ ትርጉሙ ’’ኮት’’ ማልት ቢሆንም የልብስ አገልግሎቱ ግን የኮትን ያህል ብቻ አይደለም፡፡ ካባ ማንኛዉም ሰዉ ስለፈለገ ብቻ የሚለብሰዉ ልብስ አይደለም፤ ቀደም ሲል ነገስታት ና ሹማምንት እንደንግስና መገለጫ ልብስ ይጠቀሙት ነበር፤ በ አሁን ዘመን ግን የክብር ሽልማት ላይ፣ አባቶች ልዩ ፕሮግራም ላይ እንዲሁም ሙሽሮች ይለብሱታል፤ እኛም ባለካባ የሚለዉን ቃል እንደስያሜ ስንወስደዉ የምንሰራቸዉ አልባሳት ልክ እንደ ካባ ለበሹ ግርማሞገስ ያጎናጽፋል ብለን በማመናችን ነዉ፡፡
