Wegagen Bank S.C. Invites Eligible & Qualified Bidders for the Supply of CCTV Camera, Installation and Maintenance Service.

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing January 21, 2025 from Wegagen Bank S.C., Head Office, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Procurement Office 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, in front of A.A. Stadium, by paying non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Bire) to be depositing in Account Number 0736452410101 at Wegagen Bank SC any Branch during office hour and bring one copy during bid document collection

2. Presentation of copy renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, and VAT/TOT Registration Certificate is mandatory.

3. All bidders are required to specify the methods of payment. delivery date, and warranty period.

4. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by Bank Bid Bond/CPO/ Birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in the name of "Wegagen Bank S.C" in a separate sealed envelope or in technical document.

5. The bidders need to present onginal and one copy of their Financial & Technical proposals documents in a separately sealed envelopes.

6. Bid Documents must be deposited in the tender box prepared separately at Wegagen Bank S.C. Supply Chain Management, during office hours before or on February 11, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at the place mentioned under no. 1 above

7. Bid opening shall be held on February 11, 2025 at 3:30 P.M with the presence of bidders or designated representative

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from 1 to 6 above shall result in automatic rejection

9 The price quoted must include all governmental taxes (VAT/ TOT) and price validity date & bid security should not be less than 120 days.

10. The winner suppliers shall summit 10% of the award amount as Performance Bond Guarantee in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
