1. FIDO-intends to invite all interested and eligible bidders by the tid murtation for the procurement of Medical insurance coverage policy

2. Only one branch from insurance company can compete for this bid and offers from the same insurance company with different branches will not be taken into consideration will be rejected.

3. Bid Document with detail Term of reference & with other bid document can be obtained from FIDO office during office hours up on payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200 (Two hundred birr only Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate is a must.

4 All firms organized and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia that quafify to bid are invited to participate in this bid can get full details of Term of reference and bid document from b FIDO office and have to fulfill the following requirements.

a. Bidding documents can be purchased at Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization Head office Addis Ababa, and non- refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred ETB) starting from the 1" day of announcement (Dec 15, 2024) on Reporter News Paper up to 7 Working days and will be Closed Wednesday Dec 25, 2024 at 3:00 PM afternoon and opened at 3:15 PM at the same day.

b. Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year,

c. Bidders should be VAT registered only

d. Only technically qualified firms will be considered for financial evaluation

e. Financial offer currency must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr).

f.The bidder has to deliver in a wax seal envelope in two separate envelopes, one for financial documents, in the form of CPO only at least for three months from the date of bid opening, and necessary documents, and the other one is for technical documents. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY", Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevall. And all documents are sealed within One Mother Envelope

g. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Unit, The aforementioned Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
