Plan International's programs in Ethiopia focus on Child Protection, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Economic Security, Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building that we implement in Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' (SNNP), Gambella, Afar and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States and Addis Ababa City Administration. Common to these, issues of gender and disability are also integrated and mainstreamed in all programs.
Plan International Ethiopia is seeking for competent and reliable consultancy firm to undertake the Final evaluation of "Quality, protective and equitable education and support for IDP and host community children and adolescents, particularly girls, in emergency affected districts of Berhale and Koneba"

Bidders who did not obtain the Bidding Document (TOR) directly from Plan International Ethiopia (PIE) will be rejected during evaluation
