Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise (AALRISE) would like to invite interested and qualified bidders for the Consultancy Services for Ongoing Holistic Maintenance and Construction Works theopen National competitive tendering procedures.

1. AALRTSE invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Consultancy Services Ongoing Holistic Maintenance and Construction Works

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Addis Ababa city administration procurement Directives and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from. AALRTS and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at from October 02, 2023 - October 10, 2023at 9:00am to 5:00pm 7Working days,
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred (500) Birr. The method of payment will be in cash
5. Bid must be delivered to the Address below at 7(b) on or before 10:00 am on October 11, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for 20,000.00 ETB, in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee from recognized Bank. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at (b) at 10:30 October 11.2023

(b) Bid must be delivered to, and will be opened at Addis Ababa Light Rail Transport Service Enterprise Kality Depot. office Building. Ground Floor, and Meeting Room G06.

7. All invitees all eligible local Consultants category 3 and above to submit sealed bids for the respective consultancy services of the above cited project.
8. One Original and one (1) photocopy of Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be produced in different wox sealed envelopes, and each proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and one photocopy to be sealed in one envelope while the second photocopy will be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as "Original and one (1) Photocopy" and "one (1) Photocopy" as appropriate and must be placed in the bid box along with a bid security in an acceptable form from Bank amounting ETB 20,000.00 on or before 10:00 am on October 11.2023 at the same address shown below.
9. Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their Authorized Representatives, who may choose to attend, on October 11, 20223 at 10:30 amat the above-mentioned address.
10. Financial Proposal of qualified bidders will be opened at the same place after3 days from the Opening date of Technical Proposals, i.e. on October 13, 20223 at 10:30 am
11. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of bid submission.
12. AALRTSE reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
