Invitation for Consultancy

1. YetebaberutBeherawi Petroleum S.C. (YBP) invites eligible and experienced Management Consultants to review Job Evaluation, Grading & Pay Structure based on Salary Survey to be conducted by the Consultant.

2. Eligible bidders can obtain the Terms of Reference from the organizations Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. (YBP) Office Bole Sub City, Wereda 4, House No. 626 Mickeyland Road. During working hours by presenting a copy of the following documents:

➤ Renewed business license

➤ VAT/TOT registration certificate

➤ TIN

➤ Other legal documents

3. Bidders can visit our office during working hours to assess the volume of work or get explanation for their queries.

4. Competent Companies with proven experience are encouraged to collect tender document from our office by paying the tender document fee of ETB 300.00

5. Sealed bids shall be delivered to our office on or before November 29,2024 at 2:30 PM. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical proposals separately.

6. Bids shall be opened November 29,2024 at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

7. YetebaberutBeherawi Petroleum S.C. (YBP) reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
