WaterAid is a global lederation working to improve people access to clean water, improved saritation, and hygiene (WASH). As a key WASH acter has made a significant contibution to transforming the lives of poor and marginalaed people Ethiopia. It has been engaged in the WASH sector since 1991 with a vision of everyone everywhere has access to WASH It partners with communities, the Government. Civil Society Organtiations (CSO), the private sector, media, and academia on WASH service delivery, copacity strengthening evidence building, and influencing policies and strategies on sustainable WASH services and behaviour changes.

To further advance its commitment WaterAid Ethiopia hereby invites eligible bidden to submit their bids for. Consultancy Service to Conduct a Baseline Survey for a project entilled "ECOSAVE: A Sustainable Solution for Conserving the Bale-Eco- Region. In Berbere Woreda as per Terms of reference.

1. The tender document will be sent to bidders who register their Email address of the register placed at WaterAid reception from November 25 to December 6, 2024, during working hours (08:30 AM-12:30 PM and 01:30 PM-05:00 PM)

2. Bidders can also visit our website http://www.wateraid.org/ tto access the invitation and the ferms of reference.

3. Bids must be accompanied by renewed business licenses and registration, and TIN Registration Certificate, and these must be submitted together with the technical proposal.

4. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to WAE's office on or before the bid opening date.

5. Offers must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (2%) of the quoted consultancy service fee in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid of least for three months from the date of bid opening. The bid security bank guarantee or CPO must be attached to the original financial document.

6. Bidders should submit their ofters in sealed envelopes to WAE's office on or before December 10, 2024, by 1:00 PM

7. Bids must be presented in envelopes (dentified by the bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and reference number Ref: WAE/BS/BerW/OB/24/00017 on the cover.

8. Bidders must submit the technical and financial proposal documents separately. The technical and financial proposals should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" on the cover. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the avent of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevail.

9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend af our office on December 10, 2024, at 1:30 PM.

10. WaterAid Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected. Note: Bids should be presented to the following address:
