The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA) and the IIPHC-E want to enter a six months car rental/lease agreement of good condition Toyota-LC HZJ76L (Mark II) with interested company, without driver.

Therefore, CCRDA/IIPHC-E would like to have a contract agreement with a competent company that fulfills the following criteria: –

• The company must have:

• Renewed license of the year from appropriate government office and must be VAT registered

• Present the ownership/title certificate of the vehicle

• The vehicle insurance policy

• The vehicle needs to run in all weather and road conditions

• The price quotation could be given per month or for the whole six months period

• The vehicle should run at least seven KM per liter in all roads

• The type of vehicle is Toyota Land Cruiser Mark II of production year at least 2005 GC or exceeding years

• Bidders should submit their price quotation and all relevant documents in a sealed envelope within 10 working days after this bid announcement is made
