Catholic Relief Services United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (CRS) is a nonprofit non-governmental international relief and development organization working with international and local partners and serving people on the base of need, not creed, race, or nationality in more than 100 countries in five continents. Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human sufferings and foster human development in Ethiopia

In relation to this, CRS Ethiopia would like to invite experienced supplier for the Supply and Delivery of Food cooking Materials to supply and delivery to CRS Mekell warehouses and CRS-Adama warehouses.

Interested Bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below.

• Renewed Business License of the sector
• Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates.
• Organization profile showing, past performance record on similar services and other relevant credentials.
• Recommendation letter from other organizations (Three most recent references).

The companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have renewed business license for the sector & Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates.

The complete bid documents are available from November 11, 2024, during office hours Monday to Friday at CRS/ Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-City, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O. Box 6592, Addis Ababa. Duly completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia Addis Ababa office, clearly marked by "Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps Signature and Tender Number". Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes into the bid box provided for this purpose only at CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa office, or through email ETTenders@cm.org.

Submission of Bid to any other email address will not be considered The last bid submission date is November 25,2024, up to 3:00pm. Bids after this date and time will not be considered.

Note: The supplier or Service provider agrees to adhere to the requirements laid out in the supplier and service provider code of conduct.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
