2. The following requirement has expected for the company

Must have a construction license of GC-3

Minimum of live yean' sxponence in the construction of senilior projech.

Compliance to the technical specification IV.

The Bidder must demonstrate access to or availability of, inancial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real asseli nas of credit, and other financial means other than any contractua advance payments to meet the following cash flow requirement

The bidder must have completed of least three (3) contrach within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least ETS 100.000.000.00 that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are umillar to the proposed procurement. The successfully completed similar contract shall be documented by n copy of an acceptance certificate jor) exquivatent documentation satisfactory to the Purchaser).

The project will be expected to be completed within 120 days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through international Competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the bidding document.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Habesha Cement S.C.. Sourcing and Logistics Department: 251-944-122311 and shall visit the project site during office hours from 8:30AM-12:30AM and 1:30-5:00 PM local time from Monday to Saturday before the deadline date and time.

5. The bidding document in English language may be sent via email to interested Bidders upon the submission of a witten application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred Fifty Birr/. The method of payment will be in cash or transfer through the Bank Account No. 013200089397500 Awash Bank by the name of Habesha Cement S.C. Once payment has transferred to the account and copy of the payment send to us through email or in parson to our address indicated below, the document will be sent by e-mall.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 23 of September 2024, 10:00 A.M Local Time (Addis Ababa Time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend of the address below on 23 of September 2024, 10:30 AM Local Time (Addis Ababa Time).

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 1,000,000.00 (One Million Birr) in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO issued from commercial banks, in the case of Bank guarantees issued from other countries other than Ethiopian Banks, the bid security should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.

8. Habesha Cement retains the right to terminate the bidding process in whole or in part at any stage.
