NCA would like to sale one used generator details in a table below on competitive bid.

Instructions

1. Bidders can see the generator on working days from Monday to Friday, working hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10: 00.pm. in the afternoon session visit site of our office ETHIO-FRIENDSHIP AVENUE, WOLLOSEFER, OPPOSITE TO TEBABER BERTA RESIDENCE AND/OR ADJACENT TO DANIL PLAZA Telephone 011-5-512922/011-5512484 or
2. The last day for submission of bids is October 16.2023,10:00 P.M. Bids must be accompanied by 2% of the offer in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
3. Bid result will be posted at NCA's gate before/ on October 18.2022
4. Successful bidder should pay the office within 5 working days. The sold generator must be moved within 5 working days after payment. 5.
5. The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the generator from the NCA compound.
6. Tender envelopes must be sealed and labelled NCA- 001-2023- used Generator. Open envelopes will be automatically rejected.
7. Norwegian church Aid will not accept tender documents before/after the date and time indicated above.
