Notice for Extension for the Provision of local inland freight transportation service for Long Term Agreement (LTA)

under WVE/SCM/000599/24

It is to be recalled bid submission date for the provision of local inland freight transportation service (with 50,100, 200, 300 and 400quintal) to enter in to LTA as per the details on the RFP was on August 19, 2024. However, kindly be informed that the deadline for the submission of bid has been postponed to August 29, 2024 at 12:00 PM or 6:00 local time.

And Please be informed that on evaluation criteria on the RFP number 3 stated as "number of trucks, 50, 100, 200,300 and 400-quintal trucks with tailor support by road transport authority. Attach evidence for title deeds:

• 26 and above trucks 30%,
• 21-25 trucks 20%,
• 16-20 trucks 15%,
• 11-15 trucks 5%
• and less than 10 trucks 1%"

Changed to "1% for each truck up to maximum point"

Other terms and conditions mentioned on RFP will remain unchanged. Bidders are expected to submit their document in the bid box located of

Documents must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 PM on August 29, 2024.
