Potential bidders may obtain the tender documents ogainst payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 100 from SCt offices in Addis Ababa Country office starting from August 27, 2024 up to September 13,2024 during woning hours.

Tenders submitted must be accompanied with

• Filled lender document
• Renewed Vold Business ucense
• Company profile listing the bidders address branches structure, resources and other document as specified on the bid document.
• Declaration of acceptance to SCI's statement of requirement, terms/conditions, and policies and etc
• A Filled SCI Price Schedule [Separately sealed Financial Offer) Bid Security in the name of "Save the Children Intemational amounting to ETB 100.000,00 in the tom of CPO or bank guarantee valid al least for 90 days from the dole of tender submission. (Cash and insurance bond are not accepted) and other detalls at indicated on the bid document

Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, separate technical and financial bids, bearing an afficial company real, and clearly marked by the "bidders name, address, and the lender reference number and title as stated above. The lender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose of SC1 offices in Addh Ababa Country office on September 15, 2024 on or before 2:00 PM

Save the Children Procurement Committee will open the technical tender respontes on September 16, 2024 af 03:00PM
