The Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara Regional Branch office Vivites eligible and qualified contractors of category of GC, BC, or WWC-5 and above with yallid trade license registration certificate. and eligible for the work (Spring development/rehabilitation with pipe line extension and water points construction by gravity system) in Amhara Region. North Gondar Zone, Telemet woredo. The total numbers of constructions are 2 lols: so the bidders must submit two lots for each site as per different BOQ

1. inferested eligible bidders con purchase a complete set of bidding decument paying a non-refundable ETB 500 (Five Hundred Bir) from ERCS Amhari Regional Branch office.

All tenders must be subimilted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara Regional Branch office along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) In acceptable CPO ONLY SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid bond should be valid for 28 days after bid validity,

3. Financial offer shall be produced in separate envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY, TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third wax sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The three envelopes shall then be sealed, signed and stamped inside a sealed, sigried and stamped outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society whase address is mentioned below.

4. Bid will be closed on 15 consecutive calendar day of 2:00 pm, and technical document will be opened on the same day of 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders on their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Amhara regional branch office meeting hall.
