INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (ICB)

Bid No: SDB 002/2024-2025

1. DEBRE BERIHAN MDF PROCESSING PLANT invite sealed bids from eligible bidders of the supply and delivery of Design, manufacture and Supply pre-Engineering building (PEB) for Debre Berihan MDF processing plant.

2. Bidders are required to submit legal documents renewed valid Trade License indicating the stream of business specific to the business category. TIN number certificate, VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority, valid Current Tax Clearance certificate issued by the tax authority and public procurement and property administration agency's suppliers list registration certificate.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be collected from STEELY DB manufacturing PLC. Head quarter Gurde Shola Century mall 7th floor against non-refundable birr 3000.00 (Birr Three Thousand only) in cash and collect the bid document (SBD) in hard and soft copy in PDF during office hours.

4. All bids must be accompanied with original bid security amounting ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee from the recognized Bank by STEELY DB manufacturing PLC which is valid for 40 days.

5. Bids must be submitted before Wednesday September 18, 2024 up to 2:00PM afternoon and will be open on the same date before 2:30PM afternoon in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attain in person at the address below.

6. The STEELY DB manufacturing PLC. Shall not consider any bid that arrives after the deadline for submission of bids, any bid received by the STEELY DB manufacturing PLC. After deadline for submission of bids shall be declared as late, rejected, and returned to the bidders remain unopened.

7. STEELY DB manufacturing PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid (lots) or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.

8. Failure to comply with the conditions from No. 1 to 7 above may result in an automatic rejection.
