The GIZ International Services would like to procure Security camera, equipment, and digital camera for the Criminal Jus- tice Reform project financed by the European Union GIZ InS would like to invite all eligible bidders for the supply de- livery and Installation Security camera, equipment, and digital camera for the Criminal Justice Reform project.

➤ Eligible Bidders can collect the bid document from GIZ InS office at Meskel Flower, Gabon Street, Aster Plaza build- ing 4th floor starting from Wednesday November 11, 2024.

➤ Bidders can also find the documents in 2merkato site

➤ All bid documents shall be submitted as per the instruction on the invitation to bid document to InS_ET_Quotation@ giz.de latest by November 30,2024 by 5:00 PM.

➤ Bidders shall provide eligible documents with their bid

■ Renewed License for the current fiscal year

■Taxpayer Registration Certificate

■VAT Registration Certificate

■Main Registration

■Tax Clearance

➤ Bidders can participate for both or one of the Prosoft numbers.

➤ Partial bids for each individual ProSoft number are auto- matically canceled.

➤ GIZ InS reserves the right to cancel all or part of the bid. Partial bids are automatically canceled.
