Invitation to Bid for Statutory and Project Audit

The Development Fund (DF) is a Norwegian-based NGO with a legal registration as an international NGO with FDRE Authority for Civil Societies Organization (ACSO) as foreign charity in Ethiopia with registration number 0779.

DF wants to engage interested Audit Firms for the audit of the accounts of DF-country office and projects supported by DF for the years from 2024 to 2026. Audit firms submitting proposals must meet the following requirements to qualify:

➤ Business Licensing: The firm must hold a valid and renewed business or trade license.

➤ Practicing Certificate: The firm must possess a renewed practicing certificate for 2024.

Registration Compliance: The firm must hold a valid and renewed certificate of registration from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia for 2024.

Documents will be available from December 6, 2024, to December 17. 2024, during the following working hours: Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM-4:30 PM The deadline for submission of the proposals will be latest by 4:00 PM on December 19, 2024.

Eligible firms will be assessed based on responsiveness to the requirements, as well as technical and financial evaluation results. The winning firm will be notified through the address provided in their proposal.

DF reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids.
