Heifer Project International (HPI) would like to invite Potential travel agents to provide a ticketing service for one-year long term agreement (LTA).

Eligible Suppliers can register by email with this address mnebere@hefier.org by sending credentials (renewed license, VAT cemficate & Tin certificate) during working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM), From November 25 2024 to December 4,2024. The bidding document (TOR) WI be sent to the bidders through e-mail address given while registering the bid.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the Technical & Financial proposal in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for both Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License.
