1. The ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA (IRE) now Invites all eligible suppliers who have registered and licensed from relevant government bodies for supplies of above captioned items.. Interested bidders must have 2016/2017 E.C renewed, valid frade license. TIN, VAT and current fax clearance to SUPPLY GS PIPE, GI PIPE FITTINGS AND HOPE FITTINGS.

2. The price shall include all taxes, loading, transporting to IR Country Office and off loading costs of the items.

a) A completeset of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA (IRE). upon payment of non-refundable fée of Birr 100.00 at Islamic Relief Ethiopia A/C 1000007230714

b) Experience in similar assignments for at least three years is required.

c) At least the last three years Audited financial statements is required.

d) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of bid amount in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee, the bla security shall be valid for 60 days commencing from bid opening date.

e) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from below address.

f) Wox-sedled envelopes containing a separate envelope sealed and marked "Bid Security," "Original and Copy of Financial Document"

g) Bids must be submitted to IR Ethiopia Country Office before Tuesday 1 October 2024 al 04:00AM local time Bid will be closed and on the same date at 10:30 AM local time will be opened at IR Country Office.

h) IRE reserves the right to reject any or all offers without giving reason for doing so,
