Invitation for Local Competitive Bid for the Appointment of External Auditor

Bid Ref-no. DMFI/R001/2024

1. Dynamic Microfinance Institution s.c. (DMFI) kindly invites all interested and Certified Auditors, meeting the newly issued National Bank of Ethiopia's minimum requirement and licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia to participate on the bid to conduct IFRS based Audit on its book of accounts and financial statements for the 2024/25 fiscal year that will end on June 30. 2025.

2 A complete set of bidding document for the above service shall be obtained from Finance, Investment and Share Management Division located at DMFI's Head Office. Dynamic Building 4th floor (around Lideta close to Balcha Hospital upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only) by depositing in DMFI's account no. 1000289481536 at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, starting from November 11. 2024 during office hours.

3. Bid should be accompanied by an unconditional bid security amount stated in the bid document in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO from recognized financial institutions.

4. Submission of Bid document will be closed on November 18.2024@10:00AM

5. The Institution reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully at its own discretion.
