Imagine 1day is a non-religion, non-profit intemational NGO Founded in Vancouver Canada in 2007, and has been operating in Ethiopia since. November 2007, We are registered as Implementing NGO with legal license number das from the federal charities and society's agency investing in education agriculture, WASH, Livelihood Opportunity Development, and Emergency response projects in Tigray Oromia, south nation nationalist and peoples, Amhara and Benshungul gumize regions. It has also been implementing emergency response projects in Tigray since the start of the crisis particularly child protection, gender-based violence prevention and response WASH in Emergencies, and education in emergency in most areas of Tigray

To achieve its objective, the Imagine 1day Tigray coordination office currently has the plan to purchase

• Pen link Offix,

per the sample provided with the Bid documents, therefore, imagine 1 day invites all eligible bidders to complete the supply of the above-listed scholastic materials with the delivery of the materials to il day regional office-Mekalle.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by

• Renewed business license, commercial registration certification, registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, certificate of competence, and value-added tax declaration
• Bid security bond of 2% of the bid amount by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (cash or insurance bonds are not accepted).
• The winner shall start delivering the scholastic materials within 2 (two) days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit
• Financial (with two copies one original and one copy) CPO with separate invelop
• Technical documents (with two copies one original and one copy) in a sealed and stamped envelope separately in 4 envelopes with each of copy to imagine day regional coordination office - Mekelle.
• Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagine Iday Mekelle office from 6/01/2025 to 14/01/2025, by paying 200 birns. Bid will be closed on 15/1/2025 at 4:00 local time and opened on 15/1/2025: at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1day Mekelle office.
