INVITATION TO BID Bid No. Ethio-Re 0006/2024/5

1. Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company would like the External Auditors to conduct Audit Services for three years ended'i.e. July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and invite eligible External Auditor having relevant Experience in the field of External Audit Consultancy Services.

2. All consultants should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, VAT registration certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate.

3. All consultants should provide Valid competence certificate Certificate. or other relevant partnership

4. The bid remains floating three weeks calendar days effective from November 10, 2024 up to December 2, 2024 and it will be closed on December 2. 2024 at 2:00PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30PM at Ethiopian-Re office. Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.

5. The External Audit Consultancy Services detail RFP can be collected in person from Ethio- Re office during the bid floating period from November 10, 2024 to December 2, 2024.

6. Sealed bids must be marked as "for providing of External Audit Consultancy Services for Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company" original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified below and placed in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before December 2, 2024 at 2:00PM. 7.- Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 2,000.00 (Two thousand birr) in the form of CPО.

8. Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the bid.

9. Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
