INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Different Vehicle Facilities. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

i. Supplier Registration Certificate

ii. Renewed trade license

iv. TIN Certificate (only far local Bidders)

v. Suppliers Registration Certificate from PPA (only for local Bidders)

vi. VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)

vii. Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)

2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from January 27, 2025 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at Tower III, 1 floor.

3. Bidders shall submit bid security of Birr 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank.

4. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before February 12, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head office Tower III, First Floor.

5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on February 12, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.

7. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents with Original one sealed envelope and additional Copy one sealed envelope.

8. Bidders should present their Samples.

9. The language of the tender shall be English.

10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
