1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the Procurement of Supply & Installation of Air Conditioner and Window Fan.

2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

i. Renewed Trade License

ii. TIN Certificate

iii. Tax clearance certificate

IV. VAT Registration Certificate

V. Supplier Registration Certificate.

VI. Competence Certificate

3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from November 11, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service-office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.

4. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.

5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 27, 2024 at 02:00, P.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.

6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on November 27, 2024 at 02:05 P.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.

9. The language of the tender is English.

10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
