Zemen Bank S.C. would like to hire experienced professional consultants who can provide professional service and consultancy to the Bank in the areas of constructing a modem warehouse located around Goffa Mebrathail. The consultant it expected to prepare a detailed design program in consultation with the Bank and provide preliminary design proposals with three alternative options for decision of the Bank: Once the preliminary design is accepted by the Bank, the consultant will continue with detail design works (architecturat, structurat elechical sanitary, electromechanical. BMS, fire suppressions system etc.), preparation of construction contract document. bid processing to hire a contactor, supervision and contract administration, testing and commissioning Including delects lability period

Description:- Procurement of experienced professional contultants for development of modem warehouse around Zemen Bank SC Golfa Mabrathail area Project

Amount of ald Secully (ETB) :- 150,000.00

1. Interested and eligible consultants may obtain further information from Zemen Bank S.C and collect the bidding document during office hour Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 to 12:00 Noon starting from this announcement until bid closing dote

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested consultants at the address given below upon deposit of a non-refundable lee of Blm 230.00 (Birr Two Hundred Thirty Only including VAT) in Account No 1031710004707010 at any Banking Center of the Bank. The method of payment will be in cash.

3. Bid proposal must be delivered to the Address below on ar before December 17, 2024 at 5:00 PM.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned in table obave in the form of CPO or on unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of ZEMEN BANK S.C.

5. Bids proposal will be opened of the address below on December 18, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
