Amhara Bank SC invites all interested bidders by this national competitive bid for the procurement of Interior

Design, Supply and Construction of Smart Branch,

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing December 30, 2024 from Procurement Division. cited at Amhara Bank S.C. Procurement & Facility Directorate, around Leghar, Ras Mekonnen Street, ORDA Tower 20th floor against payment of a non- refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birz Only) during office hours by depasiting at Amhara Bank 5.C. Addis Ababa Branch Head office Ground floor during office hours.

2. Bidders must present professional license, Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and other eligibility documents

3. Tenders must be supported with bid bond (Re- fundable) in form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee with total amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in favor of Amhara Bank 5.C

4. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C. Head Office Procurement & Facility Directorate on or before January 14, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend in person on the same date January 14, 2025 at 10:30 A.M.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date & time will not be accepted and the document will be returned unopened

7. Bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in the Bidding Document.
